Easy CR2 Converter is a straightforward, step-by-step image format conversion tool for images initially created with the .CR2 extension.
If you have a Canon SLR camera and have ever encountered difficulties while working with the native .CR2 (Canon Raw 2) image format that Canon provides, then Easy CR2 Converter by Mini Data Tools is the software you need to make things simpler. Select one of the four file formats available for conversion – .BMP, .GIF, .JPEG, or .TIFF – and Easy CR2 Converter will take care of the rest of the process.
For further ease, Easy CR2 Converter can be configured with presets before performing a filetype conversion. Need to convert all images to .TIFF at 100% quality? There’s an option for that, and an option for tweaking the pixel saturation of an image to be converted. Other nifty preferences include full language support for Czech, English, and Russian; togglable exit notifications, and window resizing.
In total, there are six steps to the Easy CR2 Converter wizard to get from start to finish. It’s quick, it’s easy, and the best part is that the Easy CR2 Converter software only needs to be directed to the drive storing the Canon Raw 2 files; the wizard will search the entire selected drive and load all .CR2 files found.
